Thank you so much for supporting slow fashion and small-batch design. Every Talia Leigh piece is made with intention, care, and love — often by hand and in very limited quantities. Because of this, our return policy is a little different from large, mass-produced brands.

✨ All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our work, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds back to the original payment method.

✨ Size Exchanges

We understand that fit can sometimes be tricky, and we’re happy to help when possible.

  • Size exchanges may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition with no signs of wear.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.

If you need a size exchange, please email us as soon as possible so we can check availability and assist you.

✨ Store Credit Returns

If an item truly isn’t right, we’re happy to offer store credit under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 10 days of delivery
  • The item must be in perfect, unworn condition
  • Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the purchase amount, excluding shipping

Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

✨ Made-to-Order & Clearance Items

  • Made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

✨ Why This Policy Exists

As a small, independent designer creating pieces in tiny batches, returns can be incredibly difficult to absorb. This policy allows us to continue creating wearable art sustainably while still offering flexibility where we can.
